The New TURKISH COMMERCIAL CODE was adopted by the Turkish Parliament on 13 January 2011 and promulgated in the Official Gazette on 14 February 2011. The New TURKISH COMMERCIAL CODE and the relevant Law on Enactment will be effective from 01 July 2012
